岗位职责： 

1.Collaborate with Product Development Teams on NPI to turns concept into reality via well design of production process, meeting quality specifications, capacity target, efficiency target and EHS standards; 

负责NPI阶段与产品开发团队合作策划生产工艺，实现产品量产，符合质量标准，产能目标，效率目标和EHS标准; 

2.Work with design team on DFX (design for excellence), including design for cost, design for test, design for manufacturability, design for assembly; 

与开发团队合作进行DFX(卓越设计)，包括成本设计、测试设计、可制造性设计、装配设计等; 

3.New process development, introduction management and qualification; 

新工艺开发、导入管理及验证; 

4.Design layout for production line; 

设计生产线布局；

5.Submit engineering cost data on time & accuracy; 

及时提供准确的工程成本数据； 

6.Document process design with initiating and updating SOP, IE data, line layout drawing, process routing and other relavants; 

制定更新SOP、IE数据、生产线布局图、工艺路线及其他相关文件，将工艺设计文件化; 

7.Engineering failure analysis and provide engineering solution; 

工程失效分析和提供工程解决方案; 

任职条件：

1.College or above degree holder on engineering major;

工程类专业专科以上； 

2.Fluent communication of Mandarin and reading/writing English;

中文沟通流利,英文能读写；

3.More than 5yrs experience in manufacturing of soft goods and hard goods product. Familar to manufacturing process technology on soft/hard goods combination；

超过5年的软硬产品制造经验, 熟悉软硬产品复合制造工艺技术；

4.Continuous Improvement Knowledge and knowledge; 

持续改善的相关知识和技能； 

5.Understands and can utilize the IE tools on production process design and improvement ;

能理解和运用IE工具进行生产工艺设计和改善； 

6. Experience in efficiency improvement, plant layout planning, material flow design ;

具备物流设计、布局策划和效率改善方面的经验；

7.Good interpersonal, communication, presentation skills, excellent collaboration and team work skills. 

良好的人际沟通技能、演示技能、合作和团队工作技能。
