岗位职责：   

1.In Charge to monitor and manage operation for ERP MS Dynamics and IT Projects.  

负责ERP MS Dynamics和IT项目的运行监控和管理。    

2.Understand company business processes and establish, build and maintain an effective ERP MS Dynamics environment that provide data compliance, seamless data transition into BI solutions and supports OSM Digitization Initiative  

了解公司业务流程，建立和维护有效的ERP MS Dynamics环境，提供完整数据到BI解决方案，并支持OSM数字化计划。   

3.To ensure company ERP system running smoothly and benefit company operation and process and continuously improve to support business processes.   

确保公司ERP系统的顺利运行，有利于公司的运营和流程，并持续改进以支持业务流程。  

4.Provide prompt, intelligent and efficient IT service and solution to streamline.  

提供及时、智能、高效的IT服务和解决方案，实现流程化。  

5.Communicates effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with application development.  

与内部客户进行有效沟通，确定需求，并通过应用程序开发评估其他业务解决方案。    

6. Team management and ability improvement guidance.  

团队管理和能力提升指导。

      

任职条件：  

1. Bachelor degree  or above, a minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical role supporting based  Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system.  

本科及以上学历，至少5年微软动态AX ERP系统技术支持经验。   

2. Demonstrated excellence in efficiency and accuracy in Microsoft Dynamics AX field comprised with Finance GL/AR/AP/Costing and Supply Chain PR/PO/SO/MO as well as warehouse, logistic are necessary.   

在由财务总帐/应收账款/应付账款/成本核算和供应链PR/PO/SO/MO以及仓库和物流组成的Microsoft Dynamics AX领域，在效率和准确性方面表现出色。  

3. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in a quick, calm, analytical and methodical manne.

4.Be professional with ERP system, preferably AX system application modules GL/AR/AP/MP/IM/PD.

精通ERP系统，例如是AX系统应用模块GL/AR/AP/MP/IM/PD。    

5. Be good familar with supply chain and manufacturing process.

6. Ability to work independently and still make significant contributions to the team.
