1. To be charge on the following:

1.1. Implementation the required testing

2. Requirements:

2.1. Education:

2.1.1. Technical education in Mechanics or Materials

2.1.2. Quality certification as advantage.

2.2. Experience:

2.2.1. At least three years’ Experience for the following:

PCB lab factory includes prepare Crosscut metallographic coupons Mechanical tests and measurements.

Responsible for QA monitoring POV to sample independent pull tests and conduct cross cut on top of the pull tests done on the production lines-must

2.2.2. Familiar with Manufacturing processes, technologies and testing methods for PCB. Metal, Plastics, Painting and Surface Treatments etc.

2.3. Knowledge:

2.3.1. Knowledge to prepare Crosscut metallographic coupons.

2.3.2. Drawing: clear with the Mechanical tests requirement, measurements methodologies etc.

2.4. General characters

2.4.1. Cooperation skills to work closely with different Quality team as well as in-Organization communication.

2.4.2. Good skills as individual performer and team player.

2.4.3. Self-motivated and task oriented for Quality improvement of the manufacturers.

2.5. Language:

2.5.1. English verbal and writing skills.

2.5.2. Capability for English communications (e mail, data analysis and reporting)

3. Reporting: The candidate will report directly to SE SQE in China.
