职位描述
1.26- 36 years old Bachelor's degree or above in English, international trade, electronic engineering, etc.
2. Over 5 years of working experience in trading company or manufactory but handle international trade, has working experience as sourcing, merchandiser, or project manager.
3. Upper intermediate to Advanced level of English both written and listening. Basic product knowledge, know NPI process, know sourcing process, order follow knowledge, shipping and logistic knowledge.
4. Good at time management and tasks management
5. good communication and interpersonal skill, capable of building good working relationship.
6. Ability to persuade and influence others.
7. Ability to develop and deliver good presentations.

JOB responsibility,
Project R&D service
Based on customer statement, act as communication bridge between customer and internal team, help internal team understand customer expectations and avoid misunderstanding.
Assist R&D communicate with customer in term of technology problem, technology documents, structure requirements, function requirements, testing requirements and compliance requirements, to help to improve sample acceptance rate. If customer related file is not complete, need to communicate with customer to get file, and explain possible risk and problem for file missing.
After sample is finished and confirmed, mail sample to customer or arrange project assistant mail to customer, and make well record of sample register, record and management.
For customer needs or related documents and standard change, need to communicate and pass information internally in time; if involve risk and problem, need to remind customer in advance.
Sourcing service
Based on customer sourcing request and R&D new materials sourcing request, sourcing certificated materials provider and finishing goods provider.
按照公司流程,与研发、QA等部门一起进行供应商评估、选择, 执行现有和新物料的采购、验证和批准流程,确保品质、交期、质量达到或超越客户的期望。
Based on company procedure, work with R&D, QA to make provider evaluation and selecting, execute present and new materials purchasing, certification and approval procedure, make sure quality, delivery and quality can achieve or exceeds customer.
(3) 供应商报价分解,审核供应商报价及进行深度分析,以确认报价合理性。
Make provider quotation breakdown, and review supplier’s quotation and conduct deep analysis to justify the quotation.
根据客户需求,陪同客户出差到供应商解决各种不同问题。
Per customer demands, accompany customer travel to supplier locations to solve different questions.
(5)根据客户年度战略以及市场战略及需求,推动持续的成本降低方案。
Drive continuous Improvement cost down upon yearly customer strategic and marketing strategy.
NPI support(for development projects only)
对于新项目试产,参与、协调、掌控进度(如研发工程图纸准备情况、BOM表(材料清单、规格)、QC 工程图以及标准检验标准(SIP), 以及夹治具、标准作业流程(SOP))。
For new project, needs to involve, coordinate and follow the status, such as R& D drawing, BOM (include materials and specification), QC engineering drawing and SIP, also fixture and jig, SOP。
Coordinate and work with purchasing on in-house new product production materials documents set up, order placing and payment application.
4. Daily order track
(1) 根据客户需求和指令,负责订单下达。
Per customer statement, responsible for order placing.
(2) 根据订单登记表,及时追踪每一订单的执行情况及生产情况。
Based on order registration,track each order status and production situation.
(3)根据客户需求,定期向客户反馈、汇报订单执行情况。
Feedback and report order execution status to customer on regular basis per customer needs。
5、品质检验、出货及其他 Quality check and delivery and others
(1)内部生产完成、品质检验以后,及时与客户沟通、确认出货日期、出货方式。
After in-house production and quality inspection is finished, communicate with customer in time to confirm delivery date and way.
(2)内部生产完成、品检发现有问题的,获得上级确认以后,及时与客户沟通,确定处理方式。
If there is quality problem for in-house production, after confirmed by superior, communicate with customer in time to get solution.
(3)及时与供应商、客户沟通、协调、确认验货时间和验货安排。协调解决品质问题及其他问题。
Communicate, coordinate and confirm with provider and customer on quality inspection time and arrangement. Coordinate to solve quality and other problems.
(4) 根据确认的出货计划,及时协调做好出货文件, 以及时、准确、安全、按约定交付。
Based on confirmed delivery plan, coordinate to prepare shipping and delivery documents, to make sure in time, accurate, safe to deliver based on agreement.
Weekly report responsible accounts status, monthly report on Airtable about the overall progress of responsible projects.
Input daily working hours in system and summarize project total working hours to study to improve efficiency and avoid repeated work.
