一、岗位描述：

  

1. 内部系统下订单，再分下给各供应商；

  

2. 与供应商核对确认订单细节，如数量，价格等；

  

3. 从下订单到出货的采购订单跟踪，更新订单的预到货日期时间表；

  

4. 跟踪供应商对订单的完成情况，确保交货时间，并及时更新完货时间；

  

5. 监管工厂出货计划明细表，确认收货仓库，及时安排订舱；

  

6. 与货代确认船期安排；

  

7. 协调解决工厂与货代在订舱时出现的问题；

  

8. 与内部各部门沟通协调，确保包材的确认以及验货及时安排；

  

9. 现有产品型号的价格更新；

  

10．完成上级安排的其他工作。

  

 

  

 二、岗位要求：

  

1.       全日制大专以上学历，专业不限，欢迎有想法，有冲劲的应届毕业生；

  

2.       有外贸经验者优先考虑；

  

3.       良好的英语表达及沟通能力；

  

4.       熟悉办公软件的基本操作；

  

5.       工作认真负责有责任心，能吃苦耐劳，有良好的团队协作精神和服务意识。
