Founded in Switzerland,with a history of more than 100 years, specializing in the design, manufacture and sales of Luxury Goods in fashion apparel, jewelry, watches and fashion accessories. They provide superb working environment with more than 20 branches around China and more than 30 offices around world.
Your Role:
- Oversee brand management including buying, retail operation , marketing and visual merchandising
- Assume the responsibility of making an effective and efficient merchandising , sustaining a remarkable visual merchandising inventory within target level
- Manage and Supervise the planning and execution of buying budget and all buying activities that include import products ,season change ,in-shop and windows visual merchandising , goods allocation , retail pricing and sale discount , goods allocation, sales analysis ,inventory control ,product training and bargain sale
- Lead and supervise visual merchandising for execution of windows dressing and in-shop visual merchandising
- Oversee the daily operations and every shop detail/affair of retail outlets
- Develop and implement sales& promotion plants to meet the sales targets
- Manage the sales, running costs, inventory control and security issue for the individual retail outlets
- Work closely with Hong Kong marketing for windows concept , promotion, press release, photo shooting ,mannequins and packaging development
- Search for business development and expansion opportunities
What you need is:
- At least 5 years relevant working experience with good business sense and analytical skill
- Strategic thinking and strong leadership in the multi-functional team
- Excellent learning agility
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good computer skills in Microsoft office
- Bachelor degree or above
