The leading EDA company help engineers design and build the next generation of electronic products. Their main responsibility is to manage and develop channel partners with their strategic direction and to assist the Sales Director to manage the reseller in North Asia (China, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia). This role will work closely with the sales team for implementation.
Your Main Responsibilities are:
The main responsibilities in this role are to develop and maintain product sales channel. For this role you should have experience in design, channel programs for targeted market and execute with value-added distributors. You will be responsible for the whole product sales activities from quoting to contracting. This position is to build the pipeline for Channel Sales Team mostly for the current quarter and future 2-3 quarters. You will work closely with Sales Director and coordinate with the marketing department to promote brand and product reputation. In this position, the channel manager should also aim to achieve the set channel sales target and support other channels such as product training, marketing event and sales support.
Your Background Requirements:
For this role you should come with 7+ years of experience in sales and channel management with experience preferably in North Asia, Korea or Japan being very well regarded. The person applying for this role should have background in the IT industry or from within a Software Company. Education studies should comprise of a relevant Bachelor degree or above. All applicants must possess excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and be strong in organizing and team work. For this role you will have a strong command of the English language with the knowledge of Japanese or Korean needed.
