The company serves healthcare providers in more than 70 countries with specialty devices for vascular access, general and regional anesthesia, urology, respiratory care, cardiac care, and surgery. The company has sales operations in 32 countries, manufacture in 18 locations, and set up R&D Centers in U.S., UK, China and Germany.


Position Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to increase sales and profitability for the business unit in the assigned region. The sales manager is responsible for working with the marketing team to developing and implementing local strategies in support of the business goals. And the sales manager is responsible for customer relationships in the assigned region.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

l Manage & lead the sales team for the responsible areas and deliver responsible sales target on quarterly basis.

l Establish distribution network in the region and manage sub-distributor performance to reach sales target.

l Develop and implement sales and business development plan for the region using available information

l Build and keep good relationship with key accounts within responsible areas.

l Set goals, objectives and priorities for the team and ensure team members are aligned to regional/organizational goals.

l Ensure an energizing environment which motivates employees at all levels to give their best to the job



Requirements/Qualifications:

l BA Degree or above with Medical background, at least 5 years' experience in relevant industry and function, such as sales and marketing in Medical device.

l At least 3 years distribution network management experience and team management experience

l Pleasant Personality, Honest, Good communication skill, Responsible, Active, Have the sense of cooperation, Self-discipline and Team Spirit, can work well under pressure

l Proficient in the use of MS Office suite
