The company sees the keys to success in approximately 20,000 entrepreneurial employees, application-oriented research and development, as well as close customer orientation in the markets.
Position Summary:
Responsible for new business development projects with the aim of capturing new market opportunities in line with strategic directions from headquarters. Scope of projects include new products, new business models and activities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
l Conduct business plan for new product portfolios and promote new products, business models and processes
l Ensure all planned activities are carried out in a systematic and cost efficient manner.
l Work closely with Marketing group for product specifications, sales arguments and pricing.
l Contact closely decision maker and KOL( Key Opinion Leader ) in life science arena and government in China
l Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of business development analyst professionals
Requirements/Qualifications:
l Bachelor of Science in Clinical Diagnostics or Health or Biological Science or Business Studies
l Proficiency in both spoken and written English
l 3-5 year professional experience including working in multi-national teams
l Good command of MS office software application
