The company:
Randstad is proud to represent an interior design firm which specializes in the workplace strategy and design. As an international firm, the company has delivered more than 4500 workplace environments in over 140 cities through their 13 offices in the world. Now the company is looking for the talent, who are interested in the position of interior designer. The job is based in Shanghai.
The Role:
You need to work under the senior designers to deliver world class interiors for high end clients.
You need to have the ability to plan space, design concept; documentation; detailing and make presentation.
You need to craft the material boards and direct rendering team alongside the senior designers.
You need to understand the basic market knowledge in selection of furniture systems / specifications, carpets, lighting and related industry treatments.
You need to generate the design documentation after the design approval.
You need to coordinate with the construction team and site manager during the construction.
You need to complete the electronic formats of the site surveys and building analysis.
What You Need:
You should at least have 2 years experience as an interior designer.
You should at least have the Bachelor degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
You should be familiar with the software skills, including AutoCAD, Sketch up as well as knowledge of Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
You should understand the latest local codes and regulations.
You should have excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English.
