Senior Investment Adviser (高级投资顾问)- a leading pharmaceutical company

The role
- ？ 协助投资总监，评估符合公司发展目标要求企业的产品、运营（包括EHS、cGMP/GMP体系情况，并提出考察意见
- ？ 组织考察、选择、评估和确定客观分析投资的风险，确保投资的回报率和安全可靠性
- ？ 负责投资项目的流程和协议内容的协调
- ？ 协助投资总监对已投资的企业的生产、经营、重大工程与技改项目进行监督、指导和服务支持
- ？ 参与制定公司投资计划，组织实施投资项目和退股项目的运作
- ？ 完成总经理交办的其他任务
Requirements
- ？ 20年以上中大型制药企业生产管理或质量工作经验， 10年以上担任高层管理岗位经验
- ？ 熟悉药品生产工艺及生产流程、熟悉药品管理相关法律法规
- ？ 熟悉cGMP/GMP条件下的产品生产、工艺、设备、环保流程
- ？ 丰富的专业知识和解决现场问题的实战经验
- ？ 药学等相关专业本科及以上学历，经济师等以上资格
- ？ 能经常出差
