About Our Client

Our client is a leading Real Estate Investment and Asset Management firm who has more than 6 assets in China. Following with their development, they are seeking for new talent to develop the business and managing their excited new projects across China's cities

Job Description

• Conduct market research and analysis to support business decisions.
• Prepare and propose marketing and leasing strategy according to the project business plan.
• Identify tenants for properties and attract new clients through different business channels and connection
• Responsible for the leasing administration works including leasing preparation, LOI, leasing contract, handover and renewal.
• Maintain good relationships with tenants and work closely with property management for tenant service and support.
• Prepare required reports and keep record of necessary document.

What You Need

• University degree or above.
• At least 4 years practical experience in office leasing in China.
• Proven knowledge in office leasing and asset management in China.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
