Key Responsibilities:

1. 协助经销商达到营业目标

2. 去化库存并增加经销商的商品回转率，以增加买货金额

3. 持续追踪经销商的营运绩效，做到店柜的汰弱留强

4. 追踪经销商的短、中、长期的展店计划

5. 经销商及总公司之间的窗口

6. 提振经销商区域内各店的经营绩效

7. 协助经销商经店铺经营与绩效管理:

A． 顾客销售服务 -人员培训

B． 店铺组织- 顺畅且高效能的店铺营运团队-人员陪训

C, 陈列计画- 因地适宜结合营销-订货培训

Experience/Skills Required

1. 具有服装零售营业经验

2. 熟悉中国大陆的市场

3. 具备良好的沟通及辅导的能力

4. 店铺的管理及经销商区域的整合

5. 五年以上经销商实战的OP操作经验
