- 负责新项目整体招商策略制定，配合项目团队完成前期业态规划；
- 负责核心商户谈判，商务条件框架体系的制定工作；
- 指导、监督各项目招商团队完成本地商户和其他品牌的招商工作；
- 配合团队，完成招商战略规划、调整和创新、制度/标准/流程修订工作；
申请资格
- 具有5年以上商业地产从业经验，其中3年以上专业招商经验；
- 深入了解商业地产行业动态，具备极其丰富的商户资源和谈判经验；
- 具有分析判断能力，准确把握客户需求；
- 本科以上学历
- 抗压力强，能适应出差
- 英文读写流利
