岗位职责：

⑴ 协助上级进行薪酬福利体系的设计、制定、管理以及对执行的监督控制与跟踪，保证公司的薪酬福利政策具市场竞争力。

⑵ 每月工资数据的审核及按时提交工资报表。 

⑶ 监督指导下属开展考勤管理、休假管理及其他薪酬相关的管理工作。 

⑷ 开展薪酬福利调研工作，并结合公司内部水平，提出合理化建议。 

⑸ 制定年度人力成本预算，核算公司年度人工成本。 

⑹ 社保、公积金、商业保险等员工福利的管理。 

⑺ 负责员工档案及合同的监督管理。 

⑻ 按时完成公司各类薪酬福利相关报表，协助上级开展年度调薪工作，为公司业务开展提供相关数据分析。 

⑼ 遵守公司安全政策与操作规程，确保安全生产。 

⑽ 完成上司交办的其它事务。            

任职资格要求：

⑴ 教育背景：本科或以上学历，人力资源管理专业。 

⑵ 工作经历：五年以上外资企业人力资源薪酬绩效管理工作经验。 

⑶ 知识技能：熟悉薪酬管理知识、劳动法律法规、人力资源管理知识，政府对社保、公积金规定，了解市场薪酬水平及同行业薪酬管理现状与发展趋势。

⑷ 职业素养：团队合作，责任感，诚信，职业形象，保密意识。

⑸ 其他要求：持食品饮料行业《健康证》,无职业病。

Vitasoy establish its first Mainland China manufacturing plant in 1994.
