一、岗位职责：

1、负责所涉及到的工程图纸的收发、登记、传阅、借阅、整理、组卷、保管、移交、归档。

2、做好各类文件资料的及时收集、核查、登记、传阅、借阅、整理、保管等工作，确保资料的真实性、完整性、有效性和安全性。

3、负责施工资料的分类、组卷、归档、移交工作。

4、及时检索和查询、收集、整理、传阅、保存有关工程管理方面的信息。

5、健全完善的关于文件及资料的收集、分类、整理、保存、传阅、借阅、查阅等制度，严格按照规定的程序办理，避免文件资料的丢失和损坏。

6、整理后的文件应及时组卷，按照合同和有关规定，及时把需要建设单位、施工单位、城建档案馆保存收藏的竣工资料，分别进行移交，完好归档。

7、做好检查单位的接待工作，整理工作会议纪要。

二、任职要求：

1、熟悉工程资料及相关资料软件；能熟练运用CAD、品茗等工程软件和word、excel等办公软件。

2、工程管理、工民建、工程资料等相关专业。

3、有一多年装饰装修工程资料管理工作经验。
