Lead sales and business development activities throughout the North China

  

Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share and profitability in North China by identifying new customers, products and markets

Address untapped opportunities to sell system upgrades, ongoing support and other solutions and services to existing customers

Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies and tactics to increase sales and market share and improve margins

Provide customer, industry and competitive intelligence by establishing and maintaining executive relationships with the building owners, consulting engineers, contractors and OEMs

Establish a network of quality independent sales representatives

Oversees and administers all aspects of Company’s Distributorship Agreements; ensures adherence to Agreements through monthly monitoring of Territory performance.

 

              

  2.  Provide regional leadership and representation 

  

Overall accountability for regional growth and managing within established annual budget plans on booking and shipments, key metrics

Continuously pursue improvements to improve productivity or improve the customer experience

Lead and role model the Values, Operating Principles and Behaviors

Represent as regional Sales leader and host customer visits

Role Requirements  

Good degree in Engineering, preferably in HVAC and/or controls and/or with fluid technology experience from a recognised university

Sales executive with at North 8-10 years experience in related industry in sales. Experience in NorthChina market will be added advantage

Industry network and access to building industry, consultants/design institutes, developers in North China

Ability to work independently and where necessary work with a project team

Able to communicate (verbal and written) in English will be an added plus

Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office package

Good people relations and communication skills

Pleasant personality and a team player
