Job description:

This contributor will work on sustain process stability, yield improvement and new technology transfer from RD to Fab. The job responsibilities include:

1. Co-work with process engineers to improve process stability and yield improvement.

2. Analyze device characterization and device yield of mass production.

3. Plan, coordinate and evaluate process experiments (including DOE’s)

4. Be responsible for sustaining ownership such as day-to-day operations, troubleshooting and Process monitoring.

5. Co-work RD to import products under development into mass production.

Minimum Requirements:

Master degrees in an engineering and scientific field such as Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Optics.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

1. Solid technical understanding of semiconductor, integrated flow, chemistry and physics.

2. Experience on power device fabrication and characterization

3. Good and open communication skills, be able to work within cross-functional teams.

4. Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control and Design of Experiments principles.

5. Good at analysis software, ex JMP
