Job Description:

- As a member for Training Team, the individual is responsible for the development, maintenance, implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive SAP functional module(s) training program for Common

Business System (CBS) that meet the business expectations.

Responsibilities

- Responsible to identify learning and training needs of the CBS user community;

- Create and maintain training plan and strategy;

- Responsible to delivery training activities within area of module expertise -can be blended with both instructor led and e-learning facilitated;

- Manage the cost of the respective training programs/courses;

- Evaluate the efficiency of training programs/courses to ensure deliverables are of quality and meet business partner's expectations;

- Ensure adherence to Caterpillar corporate policies, program guidelines and procedures;

Skills

- Strong business acumen, especially in manufacturing and logistics areas;

- Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills;

- Ability to convey information to both technical and non-technical audience;

- Experience in production support in SAP Consulting or End-users environment;

- Ability to efficiently multi-task and self-motivated while working with diversified work groups;

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing demands;

Eligibility / Requirements

- Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent (preferably Computer Science or Information Technology or Engineering);

- Minimum 4 years hands-on experience in functional design and configarations for Warehouse Management (WM);

- SAP consultant certification in other functional module(s) or experience in SAP training will be added advantage;

- Experience in EDI intergration will be a plus point;

- Excellent oral and written communications in English;

- Business travels no needed basis: <25%;
