It designs, manufactures and ships more than 45 million terminals worldwide every year.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Act as a technical leader to coach team members for any difficulties,
• Actively communicate and sync with PMs and SW DEV teams for product test plans / trouble shooting,
• Provide strong support to customers on demands for issue fixing or requirement clarifications,
• Take the lead to set up test scenarios to reproduce customer issue feedbacks,
• Manage and motivate the team members towards continuous improving targets, in terms of test cases / test plan / test ENV,
• Execute the assigned taskforces from managers,
• Actively share experience within team or cross teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years overall industry experience in telecommunications R&D or product SW testing.
• 5+ years’ experience in testing of broadband terminal (routers or gateways).
• Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP and its related protocols is a MUST.
• Good knowledge of test techniques and problem analysis skills is a MUST.
• Good knowledge of xDSL, PON modems will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of WiFi, TR069, VoIP, IGMP, various protocols and applications will be preferred.
• CCNP or HCNP will be preferred.
• Strong experience in broadband terminals test infrastructure / networking build-up and configuration (OLT/DSLAM/ CDRouter/IXIA…),
• Familiar with SW tools – open source tools on Linux,
• Excellent English level for both of spoken and written,
• Experience in international company with testing background will be preferred
