Key Accountabilities:

1.To handle incoming telephone calls.

2.To keep a log book for all visitors.

3.To assist general administrative work.

4.To be responsible for displaying magazines and newspapers.

5.To prepare drinks for managers and visitors.

6.To receive incoming and outgoing visitors and assist them to place/person required.

7.To purchase and distribute miscellaneous office supplies.

8.To distribute incoming mails/documents for respective staffs.

9.To record daily courier shipments and submit to Accounting Dept for verification and billing process.

10.To reserve SZX conference room booking

11.To send monthly ADM expense report to dept head.

12.To prepare the work shop and vendor conference for SZX.

13.To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs.

Qualifications:

1.Detailed oriented and hardworking.

2.Good command of English and Chinese.

3.College degree or above.
