1.Responsible for overall process definition and management of products. Investigate, develop,

  optimize and evaluate key processes for new and existing products.

2.Assure that procedures are efficient, and all engineering documents are prepared and released

  without mistake .

确保有效的流程和所有工程文件被准确的发放。

3.Lead a problem-solving team, identify and troubleshoot quality, reliability, yield and cost

  Problems. 

代理问题解决团队，定义和解决质量，可靠性，良率和成本问题。

4.Maintain product specifications, BOM, assembly documents, and standard work.

  维护产品规格，料清单，电路板图纸，组装图纸。

5.Overall line process yield monitoring, control and improvements

  负责在线所有的生产线流程，监控，控制和改进。

6.Review product DFM before NPI build, and work with functional team to improve product 

  performance and manufacturability during product launching period

  在产品启动阶段，检验新产品的可制造性，和部门改进产品性能和制造

7.Play a key role to introduce new products.  Introduce, coordinate and conduct new/transfered

  products into manufacturing.

8.Coordinator for other function teams such as Design, production, QA, test, supplier etc.

  与其部门紧密合作，例如研发，生产，质量，测试和供应商等。

9.Create and manage ECO process, follow up ECO implementation

经验及学历要求Experience/Education Required:

1. Have 3+ years new product and process development experience in coaxial cable assembly/ /High frequency cable assembly and at least 3 years management experience in NPI or engineering department or 3 year Project management experience is equal.  三年以上同轴/高频连接线开发生产经验，三年以上产品开发部管理工作经验或3 年以上项目管理工作经验。

2. 对高性能数据线押出有开发经验者优先。

3.  Be familiar with principle Microwave and RF and be able to fix the process problem by using systematic method RF knowledge熟悉基本的微波射频工作原理，并能够通过系统化的方法解决产品加工工艺问题。

4.Be familiar with the problem-solving process and lead the team to solving the problem through the tools of DOE,6 Sigma.

  能够使用系统化的流程去解决问题并能够带领团队使用如DOE，6 sigma工具去处理复杂的问题。

5. English read, written and speaking is required, good communication in English with internal and external.  

 英语要求具备听说读写的能力,能使用英语进行很好的内部及外部客户的沟通.

6. Good skill at AutoCad softwares. Pro/e is a plus.熟练操作Autocad.会使用PRO/E更佳

7. junior college degree or above in electric filed,大专以上文化电子专业毕业
