1) Introduce EF English learning courses and products based on potential customers’ needs

2) present the most efficient English learning plans for students to help them achieve their life goals

3) Create customer-oriented atmosphere and offers excellent service;

4) Achieve the sales target

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

主要职责

Handle customer information and approach customers properly following instructions of the company

处理客户信息，根据公司标准邀约客户。

Invite customers to EF Center and give professional consultation to introduce EF English courses and study plans based on the customers’ needs

邀请客户到学习中心，根据客户需求介绍英孚培训课程及产品，为学生制定最有效的英文学习方案。

Edit customer information and sales status in system timely and correctly.

及时准确地整理客户信息和数据。

Accurately execute company standard student lifecycle system for assigned students, eg. set up student’s personal study plan (PSP), and follow up with student on an on-going basis through multiple communication channels. Responsible for exceptional cases handling (eg. complaints, refund).

按照公司标准的学生学习周期管理服务流程，对自己所负责的学生进行相应的跟进。例如：制定学生个人学习计划，并能通过多种沟通渠道持续地跟进学生, 以及处理投诉或退款等特殊案例。

Assist CGM to drive center operational and service excellence, creating a customer-focused service organization, where customer can enjoy their learning experience at an EF center.

协助校长提高运营效率和服务质量、营造一个以客户服务为导向的工作环境，从而提高客户在EF中心的学习满意度。

Contribute to the growth of center net internal revenue, including course renewal, upgrade and referral.

促进中心净内部收入的良性增长，包括课程续约、升级和推荐。

Create pleasant physical environment and excellent English learning atmosphere.

营造舒适的中心学习环境和良好的英语学习氛围。

Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company when needed.

其他根据公司需要所授予的职责和责任.

REQUIREMENT

要求

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

优秀的沟通交流技巧

Good English level

良好的英语水平

Experience in sales, consulting or education is a plus
