职位描述
在地区业务发展总监领导下，负责在细分市场中发展新客户，通过组织、协调公司资源完成项目谈判，成本预测，制定项目计划书，签订合同等销售活动，以达成业务发展目标。
岗位职责
1.拓展目标客户，完善目标市场客户关系网络和行业网络
2.保持与客户的密切联系，确保客户对索迪斯的深入认知
3.通过营运点参观、客户现场勘察、合同谈判等方式识别客户需求并有针对性的设计商业服务方案
4.精心设计和准备服务方案和展示，确保内容和条款的准确
5.严格执行公司正确客户、正确条款的策略，确保各项指标符合要求
6.确保所提交的业务及财务计划方案在技术上、法律条款和商业条款等方面符合事业部要求并获得上级事先确认
7.提出业务发展过程中所需要的资源，以正确的方式协调以获得支持
8.及时主动地向上级汇报项目的进展情况
任职要求
1.专科学历及以上
2. 3年以上餐饮、酒店行业从业经验，1年以上餐饮、酒店行业管理经验，熟悉餐饮、酒店管理流程。
