Job Description
Responsible for the development and maintenance of the IBM business management system. It’s based on open technologies to integrate various IBM internal systems and provides a comprehensive user interface to different types of users. The developer will be mainly responsible for the following activities:
- Analyze the requirements, design the best solutions for the customer
- Co-work with local development and testing teams, as well as the worldwide team and user community
- Implement complex user requirements and deliver high quality output in terms of performance and usability
- Troubleshoot, debug and solve problems
Required Skills
Skill Requirement
- 1~3 year working experience is preferred
- Excellent team player, excellent communication skills
- Excellent programming in Java, J2EE, JavaScript, experience in Dojo as a plus
- Experience in Database server(SQL, DB2/Oracle)
- Excellent in object oriented design principle
- Master in cross-platform development and build environments
- Strong problem solving capability
- Good English skill
