Job description
The Application Focal Point in AO team will manage/lead/coordinate the HRIT function related to the specified IBM human resource applications, including the day to day management of the relevant applications, management of Service Provider for the enhancement/modification and their activities. They also responsible for all compliance tasks for the corresponding tasks.
The candidate practices Project Management disciplines understand end-2-end IT Operations Management and Service Delivery and rich IBM compliance knowledge. The individual will be proactive, enthusiastic, have good command of the English Language, Japanse Language,strong business acumen, high customer focus, along with interpersonal and communications skills necessary to autonomously engage with HR Managers and executives
In support of the application management of HR IT business , the successful candidate will specifically be responsible for:
• Operations Management of the Deployed Application Portfolio.
• Ensuring satisfactory IT audit and controls posture through the BPO; with compliance to IT Corporate instructions and Business Control/ ASCA/SOX requirements within the operations framework adopted of the region.
• Lead the ASCA/Audit event happened to the specified applications and ensure the compliance status.
• Ensuring the Application Portfolio documentation/BTMT is accurate & up-to-date.
• Design and delivery of improvement initiatives of the specified applications, in relation to existing IT systems and Business processes.
• Acting as PDTL for Development/Change initiatives/ Projects as necessary.
• Ensuring that the Infrastructure and Application capacity is sufficient to meet current business demands and ensuring the applications performance.
• Gaining/maintaining good understanding of application functionality of apps in portfolio.
Required Skills:
3-5 years' experience of total experience of Project Management experience in IT application development/maintenance/operations/service delivery, preferably with at least 2 year in an IBM organization.
