职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Process/Evaluating suppliers' quotations, check their manufacturing capability and quality level
2. Products sourcing and vender database maintenance
3. Maintain ownership of order process for assigned suppliers: order creation & follow up, claims including vendor notification
4. Cross functional communication with Sourcing & Planning on short term forecast to suppliers
5. Implement Most Economical Order Sizes and optimized inventory levels: Maintain planned lead times, lot sizes, safety stocks, delivery times
6. Collaborate with suppliers on a daily basis
7. Provide internal communication regarding problems in deliveries to involved stakeholders
Job Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of experience in procurement in chemical industry.
2. In-depth knowledge and understanding of chemical industry
3. Proven negotiation skills
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.
5. High work ethics.
6. Experience in multi-location responsibility is preferred
7. Experience in purchasing or relevant business area in MNC in chemical industry is preferred.
8. Bachelor degree in Chemistry Trading, or related field
