Role Summary/Purpose:

The Quality manager will focus on the improvement needs inside the Quality and Engineering function. Initiate and lead the Improvement project in South East Asia countries quality combination management and/or the process optimization in Asia and etc. Enhance the efficiency and quality of the supplier management and project to assure product safety and quality. You will have the opportunity to tackle some of the most innovative and complex Quality and Engineering projects in company.

Location: Multiple Cities in China, Shanghai around, Guangdong around, Wuhan around and etc.

Job Responsibilities

1. Support Sr. Quality director to drive strategic programs in Quality and engineering department;

   
   

2. Facilitate alignment with key shareholders, get more insights of business demand;

   
   

3. Identify the improvement areas, make the plan, get resources to carry out the project; to streamline the work process;

   
   

4. Clear project outlook, liaise with internal and external collaborators to work through the complex project; give the team clear guidance to deliver high quality result;

   
   

5. Provide internal program management support to core and sub teams, as necessary;

   
   

6. For the South East Asia teams, drive cultural transformation within the scope of responsibility, with a hands-on approach;

   
   

7. Understands and promotes behavioral change to continuously improve function performance through programs and initiatives.

   
   

8. Assume additional responsibilities and leadership as project need.

   
   

   
   

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;

2. About 5 years of experience with hands on experience in Project Management or Supplier Quality Management; solving quality issues with systematic problem-solving skills;

3. Excellent at both verbal and written English

4. Good teamwork spirit and willing to take high work pressure, and responsibility to solve the problem;

   
   

5. Proactive, Good communicator, Flexible, Self-motivated, positive & continuous, learning attitude;

   
   

6. Good knowledge of quality methods and tools

7. Manager experience

8. 30-40% travel rate
