职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting training needs analysis.
- Assist in developing, revising and updating, delivering and evaluate training and development courses.
- Assist in sourcing and liaising with internal trainers and managing external course providers.
- Assist in developing project plans and participate in project design and implementation.
- Coordinate with related parties for logistics arrangements.
- Provide training administration and logistics support to the team.
- Prepare documentation and reports for training programs and other training and development initiatives.
- Meet with line managers and staff to identify training needs for training and development solutions.
- Meet with course / program participants to review learning progress and course / program effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirement:
- At least 4-year training experience.
- Fluent in oral & written English.
- Have ability to design and develop training programs.
- Can deliver or facilitate training courses for Middle and entry level colleagues.
- Organize training activities independently.
