Summary of essential job functions:

？

Monitor all shipping schedules, bookings, customer requirements and coordinate with factories on shipping documents.

Administer customs declarations and clearance matters

Provide shipping solutions and quotations

Prepare loading plans

Prepare monthly and weekly reports on outstanding shipping orders

Coordinate delivery of shipping documentation to customers and Jazwares US corporate office

Coordinate delivery of shipping documentation for Letter of Credit submission.

Assist other team members with tasks as requested

Monitor US and International shipments and schedules

Minimum requirements

With at least 2 years relevant work experience

Experience with manufacturing / buying office / trading office is preferred

Be able to work independently with factories

Knowledge of Wal-mart, Target, TRU systems is an advantage

Knowledge of EU/US testing requirements in an advantage

Self-motivated, responsible, independent, hardworking, and willing to work under pressure

Fluent written & spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua are essential

Proficiency in PC skills

Immediate availability is preferred

Excellent oral/written communication and listening skills

Self-starter

Professional attitude, good organization skills and dependability.

Ability to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment.

Salary:

Salary commensurate with experience.
