JOB DESCRPTION

Responsible for: The role centers on providing HR support to domestic and expat teachers.

Reporting to:  HR Head and Deputy Principal of Operation

Main Duties:

1.      Responsible for the processing and comprehensive management of the procedures for expat staff;

2.      Responsible for visa processing, contracting, on-boarding and training for expat staff;

3.      Maintain expat staff’s personal files, timely update personal information and information of the employees;

4.      Responsible for attendance and payroll of all staff;

5.      Assist the expat staff to handle work related or visa related issues;

6.      Maintain professional relationship with government bureau and access the up-to-date information in a timely manner.

7.      Any other reasonable requested by HR head or Principal .

Key skills & Experience:

1.      Excellent communicator and team player.

2.      Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

3.      Preferred experience of working in a post of dealing with work permits/visas.

4.      High level of accuracy and organized skills.

5.      Good interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people and to assess and diffuse confrontational situations.

6.      The capacity to remain calm and to cope with the unexpected.

7.      With excellent time management skills to work to deadlines.

Technical skills

1.      Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel. 

2.      Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
