2. 帮助完成校长安排的课外活动；
3. 协助教室物资准备；
4. 指导和监督学生的进步，定期向老师提供详细的反馈；
5. 协助准备、评分和审核评估任务；
6. 监督学生完成学习任务；定期、及时地对每个学生的作业进行评分和评估；
7. 按时向学生和家长汇报学生学习进度；
8. 随时保持秩序和控制，确保学生参与和完成任务，并支持老师管理有挑战性的学生行为和促进积极的行为；
9. 完成上级领导交代的任务。
