岗位职责

1、领导亚马逊团队。指导、管理、监督下属人员的日常工作，掌握团队工作状况，负责下属人员的绩效考核；

2、关注市场趋势，收集分析产品信息及竞争对手状况，制定有效的销售策略。提升销售业绩；

3、通过优化listing、增加review、设置promotion等手段，为页面引流，提高bestseller排名；

3、保持店铺的好评率，维护账户健康；

4、主动做好部门间的配合协作工作。

任职资格

1、熟悉亚马逊平台运营方式以及相关规定，有丰富的操作经验；

2、英语CET-4以上；

3、良好的工作协调、沟通能力、市场洞察与分析能力；

4、有一年以上领导外贸团队经验，有出色的团体带领能力，能承受压力,有开拓创新精神；

5、有站外推广经验和资源者优先。
