1，四年以上塑胶模具设计经验。

2，要求能熟练运用UG8-UG10软件完成模具全3D设计和CAD软件完成2D图。

3，要求对DFM报告要有丰富的经验和表达能力。

4，对钢材的运用和塑胶特性要熟悉能全套独立完成者优先，男女不限。

5，有积极的工作心态，服从上级指挥。

6、有精密模具经验的优先。 

岗位职责： 

1、按照客户资料和要求进行模具设计工作，对产品的可行性分析并做出开模分析报告； 

2、对模具设计中因加工与调试产生的问题进行分析，并给出有效解决方案； 

3、完成领导交代的其他任务
