Descriptions:

1. Source components and products to support sales team;

2. Manage product development projects by working with both internal and external parties to meet performance, schedule and cost targets;

3. Develop and maintain effective and efficient supplier base to support overall corporate product line strategy;

4. Develop and manage product cost details database;

5. Ensure quality and compliance of all products and components into company supply chain;

6. Identify, qualify and establish suppliers for component and product needs;

7. Conduct market research, propose and implement cost control and reduction plan according to company needs;

8. Work with engineer team to propose and implement strategic purchasing plan;

9. Understand IFI’s new product development needs, plan and manage product development schedules from initiation to market launch;

10. Travel as needed;

11. Other duties that are assigned by the management.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor degree, electronics or engineering background is required;

2. At least 3 years' solid experience in Toys/Electronics industry;

3. Experience in sizeable Foreign Buying is preferred.

4. Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure.

5. Well organized, with good interpersonal and communication skills.

6. Able to work well within a team.

7. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook is a must.

8. Good command of both written and spoken English. CET-6 certificate is preferred.
