职位描述
- 启动和研究产品创意；
- 完成产品从设计到生产的全过程；
- 根据产品及元器件的需求，寻找、评估及建立供应商体系；
- 跟踪产品开发进程；
- 发现及处理产品设计及生产中的问题；
- 与美国工程团队进行项目沟通；
- 上级安排的其它工作；
- 偶尔出差。
职位要求：
- 本科学历，机械工程相关专业；
- 3年以上产品及模具设计工作经验；
- 精通Solidworks软件;
- 熟悉消费产品塑胶及金属的结构设计；
- 熟悉注塑模具、冲压和装配夹具及其生产过程；
- 熟悉运动结构及齿轮系统；
- 良好的沟通能力；
- 良好的英语听说读写能力；
- 强烈的责任感及团队合作精；
- 工作地点：黄江
Job Description:
- Initiate and research product idea.
- Complete product cycle from design to manufacturing.
- Source, qualify and establish suppliers for components and product needs.
- Follow up development progress per schedule.
- Troubleshoot and settle issues in product and production.
- Communicate with US engineering teams on projects.
- Perform other duty assignment by the management.
- Travel sometimes.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 3+ years working experience in product / mold design.
- Proficient in Solidworks.
- Good knowledge in plastic and metal structure design for consumer products.
- Good knowledge in plastic injection molds, stamping and assembly fixtures, and manufacturing processes.
- Experienced in motion structures and gear system.
- Good skill in communication.
- Good command in English, including reading, writing and speaking.
- Strong sense of responsibility and team work.
