Requirements:

- Over 10 years of Mechanical engineering and 3D design experience in consumer electronics, medical device, face care or similar.

- Very experienced in DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and assembly)

- Good knowledge and understanding in plastic and metal tooling adjustments

- Good ability in problem-solving.  failure mode definition, root cause identification, improvement action and prevention action.

- We design all our products from scratch and we need an engineer that can think outside of the box to provide the team with design solutions.

- Good communication skill between internal and external to be able to properly execute the designs.

- Experience dealing with prototyping houses as well as engineering teams from  OEM factories.  

- Have a great sense of user experience when designing products. Everything we make is consumer-focused starting from the engineering.

- Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking is a plus.

- Aggressive, self-motivated, proactive and quick response. Capable to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the mechanical 3D design of new products and technologies following the requirements from the technology team and the spec sheet.

- Manage the execution of the prototypes following the specifications and design intent.

- Ensure design reliability

- Suppor FA activities and provide with solutions.

- Provide support and work with the manufacture for any critical quality issue occur in the production line. provide quick countermeasure and prevention actions in production. Find root-cause and solution for issue resolution.

- Work with the manufactures to conduct continuous improvement activities to improve product quality.

- Manage 3D and 2D drawings documentation and ensure its always updated.
