职位描述
Job Description:
1. Implement company order process through order receiving, processing and getting feedback etc;
2. Timely deal with customer complaints, and coordinate with other departments to make sure satisfying feedback;
3. Communicate closely with various departments to smooth the customer service process;
4. Sign sales contracts with customers; make sure the protection of company benefit;
5. Assist Operation Dept on delivery process both inbound and outbound;
6. Responsible for controlling inventory obsolescence within budget allowance;
7. Always conduct oneself in a personal and professional manner consistent with the guidelines of the Company Mission Statement, employee handbook regulations and all other policies;
8. Professionally manage company’s asset and control expense within budget allowance;
9. Any other tasks as requested by Line Manager.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above in Business/Trading related. At least 3 years customer service working experience in multinational companies;
2. Comprehensive skill to tackle customers Competent to offer solutions in short time;
3. Honest, self-disciplined, good team work spirit;
4. Logical thinking, positive attitude, result-oriented, detailed-oriented;
5. Professional communication skill;
6. Good English in writing & speaking;
7. Skillful use of Ms Office, SAP
