Main Responsibilities:

1. The Problem Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of all Problems.

2. His primary objectives are to prevent Incidents from happening, and to minimize the impact of Incidents that cannot be prevented.

3. To this purpose he maintains information about Known Errors and Workarounds.

4. Using whichever methods necessary such as communicating with different management teams and tweaking the programming language or integrating different hardware to solve the problems.

5. Document the problems including graphs and dashboards that show past or current problems and possible methodologies for correcting the problems.

6. The success of the problem manager is determined by how much the incidents are reduced.

Required Skills:

1. 4years experience on UNIX / Windows OS/Exchange Applied.

2. Sound knowledge on Remote Server Management: Applied.

3. Overall idea on production IT Environment and IT Operation.

4. Understanding on ITIL principles.

5. In-depth knowledge in Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.

6. Understand basic database principles, capable of forming basic database queries.

7. Very good spoken and written English.

8. Excellent communication and client service skills, good problem solving skills.

9. Excellent pro-active and confident personality with ability to work without supervision.

10. ITIL knowledge will be an advantage
