职位描述：

1.掌握查询和投诉的所有权，并积极跟进解决
2.协助管理层和团队进行任何分配的项目，并在需要时向团队经理提供备份。
3.开发和指导新员工以满足客户服务要求
4.与内部和外部客户，同事和客户服务管理部门保持牢固的专业工作关系
5.协助改善和监控程序和流程，以确保提供最有效和高效的客户服务
6.与FCL运营团队，LCL Hub团队和DOC / DDC团队协调日常运营问题
7.确保按时在TANGO / Procars中输入所有T＆T事件，以匹配KPI

任职资格：

1.大专以上学历

2.3年以上海上货运代理相关工作经验。

3，具有良好的英语听说读写能力，英语四级或以上。

4，能够处理I / E文档，操作，合并

Position Accountabilities:

1.Take ownership of enquiries and complaints and proactively follow through to resolution

2.Assist management and teams with any assigned projects  and provide backup to the team manager when required.

3.Develop and mentor new staff to satisfy customer services  requirements

4.Maintain strong professional working relationship with external and internal  customers, colleagues, and customer services management

5.Assist in improving and monitoring procedure and processes to ensure the most effective and efficient customer services delivered

6.Co-ordinate with FCL operation team, LCL Hub team and DOC / DDC team on daily operations issue

7.Ensure all T&T events input in TANGO / Procars on time in order to match the KPI

Skills Required

1、College graduated or above

2、3 years or above relevant experience in sea freight forwarding co

3、Good command of both spoken and written in English, English CET 4 or above.

4、Able to handle I/E docs, operation, consolidation
