职位描述
工作地点: 东莞常平镇
工作概述:
负责车间的生产及配套辅助设备在日常运行中故障的紧急处理和维修，按照保养计划严格实施设备的保养，确保车间设备的安全、正常运行和效率提升。
工作内容:
1）完成车间的维修红牌和任务清单中跟进的维修任务；
2）按照车间设备保养计划日期，准时、高质量的实施设备保养工作，如实填写保养记录；
3）当班认真填写报告及记录，对当班没有完成或认为存在重大安全、故障隐患的设备，及时向上反映；
4）当班设备管理及交接，防止备件丢失或部件损坏，并在交接班记录中注明清单和交接手续；
5）定时点检、巡查设备，确保设备正常运行，并如实填写的记录；
6）及时清理维修现场，严格按照6S要求执行；
7）按照公司要求穿戴好劳保用品和遵守安全管理制度；
8）完成上司安排的其他工作。
职位要求:
学历要求: 中专或以上
专业&资质培训: 机械、电气、自动化专业，必须有电工上岗证和等级证书
工作经验要求: 2年以上机电设备维修经验，或在饮料行业灌装车间或包装车间; 维修岗位1年以上工作经验，大专学历的应届优秀毕业生也可，
熟悉TPM/WCM管理体系。
身体要求: 有食品行业从业健康证。
知识&技能: 对机械原理、电气控制、化工管道、电力拖动熟悉，动手能力和实际解决问题的能力强。
能力素质: 团队合作意识强；善于规划自己的工作、生活和学习，有强烈的上进心，岗位责任心强，能够吃苦耐劳，能够承受一定的工作压力。
