岗位职责：

 

1、 商品分析统筹经理级别职位，能带领团队独立负责公司品牌全国性商品统筹管理全盘运营；

2、 根据公司品牌定位、经营目标和发展战略，制订公司品牌商品管理策略（商品需求、年/季/月货品供应计划、产品销售计划）；

3、 负责商品信息监控、汇总、分析，并适时调整商品策略；

4？  盘活现有的库存，制定库存消化方案；

5？  分析公司市场的状况，评估商品运营体系运作情况，就其商品运转周期、供货情况等方面提供运营方案；

6？  负责全国各地分公司的货品分析及货品调配，货品进、销、存，及后期的市场营销；

7？  建立信息反馈机制，及时将产品、竞争对手的变化情况、商品销售情况等信息及时反馈相关部门，并就公司销售政策、产品结构、  

      价格政策、品牌促销手段等向上级提出可行性方案；

8？  结合市场考察、品牌定位及当季货品的主题设计,制订年度、节日、推广活动方案；

9？  负责每季/月商品销售和库存分析，并提出销售建议。

岗位要求：

1、年龄25-35岁，大专以上学历，营销、物流、销售管理类专业优先；

2、 形象气质佳，身高160 CM以上，熟悉或使用过易神系统；

3、具有3年以上高端零售女装品牌经理级别以上同行业经验（必备条件）；

4、熟悉零售终端运作模式，善于捕捉产品、市场信息；熟练透视表及各种报表的制作；

5？  对全国任一区域市场状况了解清晰，货品配调准确，有较强的数据分析能力及数字敏感度；

6？  具备丰富的商品采购知识、物流知识、采购预算经验，对数据较敏感，卓越的商品统筹及分析能力；

7？  有较强的组织沟通能力，协调能力及灵活应变能力，良好的口头及书面表达能力。

8？  敬业，能承受较大工作压力，适应不定期加班
