一、职位描述

工作职责Responsibilities:

*Project development

1. Set up project team, identify the project leader, make a development schedule and update continualy. Confirm the management for project stage.

2. Start the project kickoff meeting, and continue the meeting for every development stage. Record and supervise the target realization

*Project tracking and confirmation

1. In charge of the project forwarding and problem handling, clarify the quality objectives of automotive products, and prepare relevant quality standards.

2. Close communication and collaboration with PD/MD engineers, and technicians. Provide technical and management support during project development, sample manufacturing, testing, further for product manufacturing.

3. Manage of project development cost

4. Responsible for the review of the project.

5. Report the progress of the project and document management to the PM at each development stage.

*Project documentation

1. According to the management requirements of automotive products, responsible for organizing the collection, sorting and archiving of engineering and technical data during the product development stage.

2. Responsible for technological progress, benefit analysis and evaluation. Issues in the project stage, collection and resolution of the solution, and preparation of relevant reports."

*Sample testing and standard

1. Following automotive product standards, in charge of sample testing management include routine test, customer site testing, reliability test and further for product certification testing. Prepare test report and certification materials.

2. Join in internal and external audit."

*Communication

1.Communication with Germany/Hungarian engineers. Improve related work include data collection and rectification for every development stage.

2.Cooperate with the PM, define and confirm the stage to make the schedule.

3.Cooperate with PE, M, QA etc, clarify the resource allocation required for development stage

4.Cooperate with PU, FM,QM etc support dept. provide required information resource."

*Quality Management System maintenance

1. Handle daily issue regarding quality system.

2. Regularly review the documents with the aim of finding out the non-conformance to quality system.

3. Handle other projects that are related to quality system.

4. QMR bi-yearly

*Internal auditor

1. To perform regular internal audit

2. Follow up the actions in the internal audit report"

*Perform the training related to quality topics

岗位要求Requirements：

1.College or above, majored in electrics or electronic engineering

2.More than three years of work experience in automotive product or project management, familiar with the development process of automotive products.

2. Familiar with IATF16949 quality system, and files for PPAP, CPK, APQP etc.

4.Familiar with the relevant reliability test standards for automotive products.

5.Familiar with product failure mode analysis and solutions(FMEA)."

6.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Ability to communicate fluently in English.

7.Has strong execution ability to promote the smooth development of the project

8.Good at data induction, proficient in and use excel, PPT.

4.Good communication and coordination skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility

9.Can withstand certain work pressures, initiative rustler, work is preciseness, respect and carefully.

10.Positive, optimistic and enterprising

11.Familiarity with EMC products, as well as high-power high-frequency transformer products, will be a priority.

*项目开展

1.成立项目组，确定项目负责人。制定汽车项目的开发周期并跟踪与及时更新，明确项目阶段管理。

2.召开项目启动，以及各个阶段会议，对会议内容进行记录并进行有效监督管理。

*项目跟踪与确认

1.负责研发各个阶段的推进以及问题处理。明确汽车产品在各个研发阶段的质量目标，编制相关质量标准。

2.与研发工程师，结构工程师，以及样品制作技术员进行紧密沟通与协作。在项目研发，样品制造，试验，包括产品制造过程中提供技术以及管理支持。

3.研发费用管理。

4.负责项目的审核工作。

5.研发各个阶段向项目经理汇报项目进展情况以及文档管理情况。

*项目文件

1.依据汽车产品的管理要求，负责组织产品开发阶段工程技术资料收集、整理、归档管理工作。

2.负责技术进步，效益分析与评价。项目阶段的问题以及解决方案的收集规整，编制相关报告

*样品测试和标准化

1.依据相关汽车产品标准，负责样品测试的管理，包括例行试验，客户试验，可靠性试验以及产品认证试验。编制试验报告并准备认证材料。

2. 参与内审与外审

*内外沟通

1.负责与国外工程师的项目管理沟通，完善汽车项目各个阶段的相关工作与数据整理与整改。

2.负责与项目经理的及时沟通协调，确定项目阶段与下一步计划。

3.负责与工艺，生产，质量部门的协调与沟通，明确产品不同开发阶段需要的资源配置。

4.负责与公司内部相关采购、物流、质量、安全等相关部门的协调沟通，提供所需的信息资源。

*质量管理体系维护

1. 处理关于质量体系的日常事务。

2. 定期检查文件以发现不符合质量体系的情况。

3. 处理其他与质量体系相关的项目。

4. QMR bi-yearly

*内部审核员

1. 进行定期的内部审核。

2. 跟进内审报告中的具体行动。

*开展关于质量的培训

1. 流程手册

2. QMS的培训

岗位要求Requirements：

1. 大专及以上学历，汽车工程类相关工程专业

2.三年以上汽车产品或项目管理相关工作经验，熟悉汽车产品的研发流程。

3.熟悉IATF16949质量体系以及相关文件，包括PPAP, CPK, APQP, FMEA等

4.熟悉汽车产品的相关可靠性测试标准，熟悉产品失效模式分析与解决方案。

5.英语听说读写流利，能作为工作语言。

6.善于数据归纳， excel，PPT操作熟练。

7.执行力强，能推动项目开发顺利进行，良好的沟通协调能力、分析能力、解决问题的能力和强烈的责任心

8.能承受一定工作压力，做事严谨、认真、仔细，性格积极向上、乐观进取
