1. To be charge on the following:

1.1. Cabled factory (located at MLD- Dongguan) quality activities such: internal audits, Onsite inspection and improvement activities.

1.2. Close Loop Corrective and Preventive actions implementation at the factory.

1.3.Monitoring of production quality and yields, analyze the results and lead in cooperation with the factory improvement plans.

2. Requirements:

2.1. Education:

2.1.1.B.Sc. bachelor – mechanical

2.1.2.Quality Certification

2.2. Experience:

2.2.1.At least 5 years' in Auditing, QE of Suppliers and IQC for Mechanical Parts manufacturing and inspection in mass production.

2.2.2.SCAR, 8D, MRB, IQC, Sampling Plans (audit methodology is an advantage).

2.3. Knowledge:

2.3.1.Good understanding of manufacturing processes, technologies and inspection methods.

2.3.2.Drawing: clear with the requirement, measurements methodologies etc.

2.4. General characters

2.4.1.Cooperation skills to work closely with employs (in-Organization communication).

2.4.2.Good skills as individual performer and team player- advantage.

2.4.3.Self-motivated and task oriented for Quality improvement of the manufacturers.

2.5. Language:

2.5.1.English - writing skills.

2.5.2.Capability for English communications (e-mail, data analysis and reporting) – advantage.

3. Reporting: The candidate will report directly to Sr. SQE in China.
