职责

1.收集整理电源行业及市场相关信息，为营销策略和营销计划的制定提供依据.

2.参与评估调整营销策略和营销计划，确保策略计划与实际相符.

3.新客户卡发以及现有客户的维护.

4.制定并实施年度季度月度市场开发计划，有效落实年度销售目标.

5.评估市场开发策略及计划的实施情况，提出调整建议为策略计划的调整提供依据.

6.提升客户满意度,跟踪销售订单，生产进度协调等.

要求

1.专科以上学历，电子类、管理类或市场营销等相关专业.

2.英语或日语商务沟通水平.

2.5年以上电子行业销售经验,有电源.PCBA控制板推广经验优先.

3.精通客户开发、客户管理.

4.卓越的营销、市场策划与运作能力 .

5.敏锐的市场洞察力和出色的预测、决策能力，对电子行业海外市场发展有深刻的理解.

6.具有出色的谈判能力,熟悉各种商业合同.

7.有优秀的战略管理、组织、计划、协调及人际交往能力.

8.拥有TTI.爱立信、博世.飞利浦、松下、牧田、日立、伟创力、伊莱克斯、史丹利百得 .NOCO或其他国际知名大厂等工作经验优先.
