1.大专以上学历；
2.熟悉电子电路原理及SPS生产流程；
3.有电源厂2年以上制程品质管理/客户抱怨处理经验；
4.熟悉客户抱怨处理流程，能独立处理客户抱怨，回复客户8D等相关报告；
5.具有较强的沟通协调及组织能力，能够主导团队做专案改善；
6.英语良好，能独立回复客户英文邮件及8D报告；
