主要职责:(基本功能)Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)
薪酬福利服务Compensation & Benefits Serivce
- 负责客户员工的信息收集;
Collection of information relating to clients’ employees;
- 为客户提供相关社保及公积金事宜的服务,包括:
Provide service for social insurance and housing fund issues for the clients, including:
o 熟悉深圳当地及广东省内的社保、公积金比例并熟悉相关操作;
Be familiar with the rates of housing fund and social insurance across cities in Guangzhou and Guangdong province, and with the basic procedures for operation of the system;
o 根据客户需求,为客户开立社保、公积金账户及其付款所需要的银行账户;
Opening of social insurance and housing fund accounts and bank accounts to facilitate the payment for social welfare on behalf of clients in accordance with their requirements;
o 正确将员工的个人社保,公积金账户转入、转出公司账户;
Accurately implement the transfer of employees’ individual social insurance accounts and housing fund accounts into and out of the company accounts;
o 每月员工的费用进行及时、准确的缴纳;
Ensure that each month the employee contributions are made on time and accurately.
- 工资报表的计算与制作
Payroll Calculation
o 熟练掌握Payroll system的操作;
Become proficient in using the payroll system software;
- 个人所得税
Individual Income Tax
o 正确掌握个人所得税的计算方法;
Comprehend the correct methodology for calculation of Individual Income Tax;
o 确保员工的个人所得税按照正确的税种申报;
Ensure that the employees’ Individual Income Tax burden is filed within the correct tax category;
o 完成每月的网上个税申报;
Complete the monthly online tax filing work;
o 了解外籍员工的个税申报流程及相关政策;
Understand the process and related policies for the filing of Individual Income Tax for non-Chinese employees.
- 工资发放
Payment of Salary
o 根据客户批准的工资表准备批量工资发放表;
Prepare the salary transfer file in accordance with the master file approved by the client;
o 熟练掌握网银系统中关于工资批量提交的步骤;
Understand the process for uploading of the salary transfer file onto the bank’s online system;
o 协助客户完成每月的工资发放;
Assist the client to complete each month’s release of salary to employees.
- 工资条
Pay slips
o 准备并检查工资条信息的准确性;
Check the accuracy of the information on pay slips;
o 根据客户需求将工资单通过电子邮件形式发放,或交给指定接收人。
Send the pay slips by express mail or hand them to the appointed person in accordance with the client’s requirement.
招聘服务 Recruitment Service
- 与客户进行沟通,了解用人需求,辅助其撰写工作职责;
Communicate with clients, get the requests from the case manager, assists to draft JD;
- 维护招聘网站,社交媒体,猎头等招聘渠道;
Maintain the recruitment website, social media and headhunter;
- 与各类招聘渠道建立良好关系,建立优秀候选人的人才库;
Develop strong relationship and social media networks to support the development of a pool of qualified candidates;
- 联系招聘渠道发布招聘广告;
Contact recruitment channels to publish Ad;
- 筛选简历,电话面试;
Filter CV, Prescreen interview;
- 完成初级岗位的面试并出具面试报告,分析招聘数据;
Conduct junior level position interview and provide interview feedback; Run interview report base on the interview performance, analysis recruitment data;
- 完善招聘流程,提高招聘效率。
Complete the recruitment procedure, improve recruitment efficiency.
员工关系管理 Employee Relationship Management
- 对劳动合同法有一定的了解
Develop a reasonable understanding of the labor contract law
- 可以用劳动合同标准文本准备招聘函及劳动合同和离职通知手续
Based on templates relating to employment documentation, prepare for clients offer letters, employment contracts and certificates of termination as required
- 在需要的时候提供现场服务,帮助新入职员工完成合同和其他文本的签订手续
Provide on-site assistance when requested by clients. Assist new employees to complete procedures relating to their employment contracts as well as other HR documentation
- 基于客户的需要,依据相关的法律法规,为客户提供专业的员工关系咨询意见;
Based on the client’s requests and related law & regulation, provide the professional solution / advise to clients about the labor issues;
人力资源专业咨询服务 Human Resource Consulting Service
- 参与人力资源审计项目;
Participate in HR health check;
- 提供人力资源尽职调查服务;
Provide HR due diligence service;
- 答复客户在人力资源及薪酬方面的咨询;
Provide advisory service in Human Resource and payroll function for the clients;
人力资源业务伙伴服务 Human Resource Business Partner Service
- 协助其他相关业务部门为客户在华成立的公司而工作;
Assist in establishing foreign clients operations in China with the account manager and other functions;
- 协助经理和客户经理管理客户信息以及有关设立/人事/薪资方面的运作;完成有关申报和收集/提交相应资料的事宜;
Assist account manager / case manager with the management of client’s portfolio and assist in registration/ HR/payroll management of clients operations and filings or document collection/submission;
- 按客户的需求和经理的指示与当地政府机构进行联络工作;
Liaise with local government department as per the tasks assigned by the account manager;
- 协助完成客户有关工作签证、就业许可、户口、档案调转的相关办理工作;
Assist with foreign clients visas applications, permits, Hu-Kou and archives management & transfer and related procedures;
- 协助并代表客户完成其证照更新的工作
Assist with renewals of licenses on behalf of clients
行政服务 Administraction Service
- 协助经理和客户经理管理现有客户;
Assist and manage existing clients together with the senior managers and account managers;
- 协助人事/薪资服务部从事内务,文件/会议和报告的准备工作;
Assist the HR/Payroll team in secretarial, document / meetings preparation and report preparation work;
工作要求 Job Requirements
技能Skills
-良好的沟通能力;
Excellent communication ability and ability to coordinate across departments;
- 良好的中英文及广东话口语及写作能力;
Good spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
-诚实可靠、工作细致,注重团队合作精神;
Reliable and accurate; ability to work as a good team player;
- 熟悉当地社保及公积金的政策及实际操作优先;
Familiar with the local social insurance and housing fund policy and practice is preferred;
-熟悉操作金蝶系统及ERP者优先考虑;
Experience in Kingdee Software and familiarity with ERP systems preferred;
-良好的使用办公软件的能力,包括 Excel, Word及PPT。
Excellent office software (e.g. Excel, Word, PPT) skills.
