• At least 8 years professional working experience in Athletics footwear tooling engineering position. 
• Make early recommendations on product construction techniques and tooling solutions.
• Actively manage and facilitate the development and commercialization of technology on a seasonal basis.
• Collaborate with the engineering and category teams on a regular basis to develop best practice andprocess efficiency project agendas.
• Work closely with other Engineers in other manufacturing countries to obtain consistency in technical,development and production.
• Defining and documenting aspects of processes(materials, last, pattern, mold, sole and shoe-making)
• Provide technical solutions and manufacturability feedback on mold design and sole makingprocesses in development process.
• Act as expert resource within the category during the development phase to identify and alleviate potentialmanufacturing issues or costing.
