DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
?Accurately processes quotes, sales orders and arranges deliveries in accordance with the company's sales& marketing policy
?Handles and expedites all customer sales orders and service and delivery enquiries.
?Direct general enquiries into channels appropriate to handle them
?Maintains liaison with field sales representative and keeps them informed with developments in there own areas and advise them of new customer contacts and matters such as complaints which affect them.
?Ensure accurate customer records management
?Maintain safe working environment.
?Assist with operational, distribution and service activities
?Search, screen& Identify effective sales leads on the weekly basis for sales representative to handle them.
?Other tasks and activities as required

?Extensive use of Kingdee or other ERP software sales order/warehouse processing module is required.
?At least two years experience in inside sales or similar

Education:
?Bachelor degree
