职位描述
Position: Expatriate Manager
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
· Be responsible for the formulation of the Group's relevant expatriate management systems and processes.
· Be responsible for expatriates' support services, including the dispatch agreement, welfare subsidies, and job arrangement after returning.
· Be responsible for expatriates' organize coordination( training, performance, evaluation) during their assignment.
· Visa Management of foreigners in headquarters.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree above, management.human resource related professional.
· Above 5 years of HR working experience, more than 5 years of multinational company HR management, has overseas work experience is preferred.
· Learn Taxation, social security, visas and other related policies home and abroad; Learn humanities and consumer profiles of some overseas areas.
· Familiar with HR management policies and procedures.
· Skilled use of office software & Skilled writing skills.
· Strong communication, coordination and coach abilities; Excellent organization and coordination skill; Excellent plan management skills.
· Good sense of service; Good team player; Integrity; Outgoing; Warm-hearted Logical and rational.
· Fluent oral and written communication skill in English.
